I too have frequent disconnection between 2:45 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily except on Sundays. I suspect that BNSL tech guy are disconnecting my connection.
Monkeys sitting on the customer care of BSNL are dumb. They switch the phone to auto answer "phone number you dialed does not exist" or they just not pick up or if they pick up also, after listening to the problem, they ignore it, and the problem remains as it is.
