Thumbs down Donot Use Reliance Data Card

HI I HAVE PURCHASED A RELIANCE DATE CARD LAST MONTH ON NOV 23 BY PAYING HARD CASH TO RELIANCE ENGINEER MR AJAY KUMAR WHO WORK IN SOUTH DELHI OUTLET OF RELIANCE AFTER PURCHASING IT MY PROBLEMS STARTED THE GUY TOLD ME IT WILL 24 HRS TO ACTIAVE THE SERVICE THE SERVICE BUT FOR ACTIVATION I HAVE TO CALLED THESE GUYS ALMOST WEEK CONTINUSLY TO ACTIVATE IT MORE OVER THE ENGINER SENT TO MY HOME AFTER SO MANY REQUEST LEFET MY HOME IN 10 MINUTES WITHOUT INFORMING AND WITHOUT SOLVING IT. THEN FINALLY HAVE A WORD WITH SENIOR MANAGER THERY IN SOUTH DELHI OUTLET WHERE THE LADY MANGER WAS MORE WORST TELLING THIS SI NOT MY PERSONAL ISSUE AND AFTER LOTS OF FIGHETING IT WAS ACTIVATED.
THEN THE SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC THAT IT DOESNT GIVE U ANY SPEED AT
ALL IT RUN SO SLOW THAT IT TAKE ATLEAST 20 TO 30 SECONDS SOME 2 TO3 MINUTES TO OPEN A WEBSITE THEN FINALLY I CALLED AGAIN CALLD ENGINEER.
AND ASK HIM TO RETURN IT AND STILL BIG FIGHTS BIG PROBLEM
HE NEVER TOOK ITBACK ONE WEEK WITH DATA CARD AND 100 OF RS SPEND OVER THE PHONE CALLS.
FINALLY HE CAME HOME AND AND INSTALLED IT AGAIN AND SLWOLY GRADUALLY LIKE A TIME PASS IT WORK AS IT TOOK ALMOST TWO WEEKS TO CONTINUE THE SERVICE THEY GENRATED MY BILL FOR 10 DAYS 650RS
AS THE I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID WE SEND IT TWICE FINALLY THE BILL WAS SEND VIA EMAIL AND AWS ALL WRONG ANT FOR 10 DAYS USAGE IT SHOWS 650 RS AND THE BILL WAS CALCULATED FROM 24 NOV THE SECOND DAY THE CARD WAS RECEIVED AND THE IT TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE.
AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET 40 HRS FREE NOTHING WAS PROVIDED NO BILL WAS SENT EVER EVER SO I HAVE TO FILL A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE RETAILER FOR THE DATA CARD AND TO THE CONSUMER COUST FOR ALL HASSELS SO I WILL SUGGEST PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE RELAINCE SERVICE AT ALL AS IT IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALED
WITH FIRST TIME I DEALED WITH RELIANCE I DONT HOW THESE AMBANI BROTHERS ARE RUNNING THE COMPANY,THE FATHER WAS RUNNING IT MUCH BETTER AS THEY ARE NOT CONCENTRATING ON THE BROAD BAND SERVIS AT ALL. REALLY FRUSTRATED.
