Earlier I was using BSNL broadband services .I was quite satisfied with the speed but dissatisfied with their billing and customer care services.My download limit was 1GB.Rates were reasonable but beyond 1GB charges were very high.
I discontinued with BSNL recently and started using Connect Broadband services at Rs 590 per month with unlimited download, but a speed of 128 kbps.I am quite satisfied with speed and especially their customer care services.The installation was simple and cheap.I was charged just Rs 560 as installation charges.Installation time was just one hour.
The land line phone provided is also, state of the art set, unlike the one provided by BSNL.Besides 50 free local calls have been provided.
Their installation was pretty simple,maybe 'cause they have those Optical fibres lines laid all over.On the whole I would give them 8 out of 10,whereas for BSNL I would give 5 out of 10.
