Default Dont Take Hathway Connection

AFTER TAKING HATHWAY BROADBAND CONNECTION,WITH IN FORTNIGHT WE R FACING PROBLEMS . ON EVERY ALTERNATE DAY MY CONNECTION GOES DOWN WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS ASSIGNED TO SOME ENGINEER N THAT WILL B RECTIFIED[B] IN MORE THAN 36 HRS[/B].ITS VERY VERY [B][COLOR="Red"]PATHETIC[/COLOR][/B] TO B HAVING SUCH A CONNECTION. N WE HAVE TO CALL THEM[B] 2-3 TIMES IN A DAY[/B] BUT NO RESPONSE.
