I applied for a reliance broadband connection back in January and I am still waiting. It took then almost three months to tell me that they dont provide their servicves in my area as of now and it will take some time and they would keep my details on record to let me know when it becomes available.. I call them every month now to see whats going on and every time they say it will take a couple of months
