the tickets gets closed even prior to your issues getting resolved.and hence you will have to redo the whole procedure until your lady luck shine and someone takes pity on your lost internet service
anyways there is not much to complain as there is no competitive service in India which can offer any good
Just as we are cheated in all aspects, be it roads or security we can always bear with net service also
