I got my tata wimax connection on the 12th of this month and it worked for 4 hours and since then it has been lying dead... hundreds of calls to tata indicom fall on deaf ears no one has turned up to sort out my problem... The problem is faulty installation and the ariel is not fixed properly and has lost allignment.
There is nothing a customer can do when things go wrong as their customer care is good for nothing.. I tried their nodal officer and she hanged up on me 3 times.
Tata wimax sucks
