Most people who post about problems with an ISP have had a problem with them so their post will be negative. I have Reliance Wimax due to the fact that there is no landline where I live. I've had it since May 08 and it has been down a total of maybe 1 week. Every time I have called their customer service I have received very good service and usually a Tech calls within a few hours to see if the problem has been resolved. If it hasn't been resolved, they are at my house within a short time. I am from the US and live in India with my family so I think I can give a fairly unbiased estimation of their services.
