Nothing but Problems with BSNL..
Hello Guys,
I have a BSNL Broadband connection (Plan UL750). I have nothing but only problems.I use broadband all day.
1. The advertised speed is 2Mbps. I never crossed 75Kbps(download speed) in speed test and while downloading any files it doesn't cross 30Kbps. My downstream shows 2048Kbps but its not the reality. ( Wat if I pay only 75 Rs. if my bill is Rs.2048?????)
2.The phone and the Broadband both from BSNL but they act as if they are from different provider and not compatible with each other. If phone rings I lose my internet. In fact the phone line is also not clear.Does that make any sense?
3. The real comedy is BSNL renew the IP address every 30 mins. for renewing it take nearly 3 mins. So for every 30 mins I will lose internet for 3 mins. Isn't bad??
4.When I was in Home 500 Plan the download speed is 100Kbps but now I changed to UL750 and I get not even 30Kbps. If we change plan will it affect the quality????
5.The Biggest plus point for BSNL is their customer service. WOW!! they have all reasons except solution. I am fed up speaking to them.
The only department in which BSNL really works good is the "Billing department". They generate the Bill correctly without any clarifications in the billing amount, For god sake they have a department they can talk about!!!!!
As a customer I should face these many problems and their website is a real joke. A lay-man cannot go to the correct page which he likes to. I am planning to send a formal letter to the BSNL corporate office soon.
Am I paying for anything else????
NOTE: I dont have AIRTEL Broadband in my Location,
Any Suggestions???
