Had sent them a note regarding not being able to meet the promised delivery schedule. They are evasive and non-commital. I am quoting the mail received from them and my response. I am still awaiting the reply.

Subject RE: Reference your mail
Dear Bhupendra Sandey
I had made two registrations and the details are as under:
Option selected on website : Pay on Delivery – for both registrations
Not applicable since selected Pay on Delivery for both
Not applicable since selected Pay on Delivery for both
Given at the time of registration : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Office hours, however on my cell xxxxxxxxxxxxx, I am available round the clock.
For the 1st registration, I was given dates of delivery as 22nd – 24th March
For the 2nd registration, I was given dates of delivery as 25th – 27th March
This is really stupid that on 30th we are still talking on mails.
I would also like a clarification on unlimited usage: Does it mean a limit of 10GB? What if I use more than 10GB, what are the charges?
Pawan
