They are not at all customer Oriented...They are only bothered about their bill whatever they want to collect from the customer
They will tell diff rules for diff customers.There is no co-ordination between their internal departments.
For every Request/compliant you need to call somany times to Customer Care.
If the call drops in between...again you need to tell the story from begining...
...simply say "it is not possible" They will make false pormises...Simply say they did't say ....
Once you again contact them...they will say..it is not possible...rules will not permit them to do so...
They know many ways to get you paid your bill...even though you have not used their service ...you need to pay 2 months...3 months bills..which is rediculous...
