did they ask you about your location when you applied for their services? for sure you filled out a form which your address is indicated when you applied for their broadband connection..
they did not saw it? and make you wait for 4 days and then did not even bother to call you to give some explanation. how unprofessional..
well, that is for me not a good one.. it only shows that they are not really reliable and trustworthy.. you should ask for refund from them...
