properties Network properties
pAGE opens select TCP/Ip properties
enter 192.168.1.10 255.255.255.0 default 192.168.1.1
dns 208.67.220.220 208.67.222.222
apply Save.

IF No success reset the modem to factory defaults.
Try dialer mode to connect
