I am having Home 500C+ Plan but my upload speed is too low, in fact in my DSLAM in exchange it has been set to 256Kbps which seems to be too low for this plan.

I want to know from BSNL BB Users those who have Home 500C and Home 500C+ Plan, to what speed Upstream Rate (Kbps) has been set for them.
