I am guessing that BSNL's wimax trials didint go very well as the reliane wimax launch has gone kapoot for a number of reasons including lack of trainin to the customer support staff. Reliance wimax signals are a bit too crap and some times it takes ages to get connected so I think bsnl is trying to get over these problems before launching the wimax service commercially.
