Whenever you signup for any new service, you should read the fine print. Many times they will include sentences saying that they can do anything they want without you having the right to complain or ask for compensation. This is ofcourse encoded in legal jargon so that you cannot understand it.
So I don't think a lawsuit will win against them as you have already signed a contract with them.
