Default Airtel 512 unlimited plan
Anyone having any idea about this airtel Plan which given 512 throughout the day? I am utterly fedup of getting turtle speeds of 256kbps.

Anyone using that plan? Please reccomend

I have heard that this plan works fairly well. I don't know why you aren't getting good speeds. Maybe it is because airtel doesn't have that good coverage in your area. I would suggest calling the customer care and looking for help there.

Why would he be talking about wireless in the BROADBAND forum?
And its not necessary that the op's speed is bad, maybe he just want more than he currently gets.

I have 256 plan and i am getting nice amount of speed. I really like it because i get a stable 40-45 kbps speed which is something really nice. I dont think i have to upgrade to 512 plan.

I have 256 kbps line and i think that they are providing right speed You can download at some good speed and more over you can also surf internet without any problem, but still if you want to upgrade then you can checkl airtel website.

Even i use the same plan (256 kbps) unlimited, but am not satisfied much.. When i download movies from torrents, it takes a lot of time... And download port shows just 22 to 27 kbps maximum..??? What is your answer for this?? Thanks!!!
