what type of ip does airtel provide
is it static or dynamic

Airtel offers DYMAMIC IP.

New WAN IP is allocated to each authenticated session.

Airtel offers dynamic connection but if you want to have a static connection then they will provide it to you on special request for an extra fee that you need to confirm with them.

Airtel have both Static and Dynamic Internet connection. They provide Dynamic connection as default and if you need an static connection then you need to pay some extra fee with an application to get it.

1)Airtel provides both static & dynamic addresses, Dynamic IP is default

2)If u want to assign static then use the following IP range mentioned below

3) 192.168.1.2 till 192.168.1.254

4)Do not use 192.1668.1.1 IP Bcoz it is assigned to default gateway

5)Assign DNS address also for the internet to work properly

6)For DNS address ask airtel customer care it's provided free

Well, Airtel will provide both as per your demands.

If you dont specify anything, you get a dynamic connectn.

They will offer static connectn if you make an application!
