i have asked for airtel to provide me a high speed aitel unlimted connection
they told me a plan in which you can downlload from 10p.m to 6 a.m at 2 mbps

so i keep on downloading movies from rapidshare for the complete month

and when the bill arrived i was shocked its rs.16000 yah right

now what shall i do they r saying we dont offer such type of connection

can any one help me plz tell me what shall i do next

Go to retention Que in Airtel Customer Care...

Its not your actual bill; it extra bandwidth charges...
It can be reverted beacuse this is the first time and that to due to communication lag.

WOW, This is one heck amount of bill. I think it will be nice if you call them and explain everything. As said above also say them that you were aware that it is not free and also say that you asked customer care executive for this and he assured you that it is free. I am sure that they will do somethin regarding this.

Well, did you made any extra call and also did you downloaded in the time frame they mentioned you. If yes then call them and tell the sotry an they will look into this matter.
