Whenever you talk about reliable broadband providers in India only two names come into my mind thar are Airtel and BSNL. I am going to change my broadband connection and am a bit confused whether to go for Airtel or BSN!! could you please hep me in choosing the right one?

In my opinion you should go for Airtel as airtel has come up with so many new broadband plans, you will get to choose from variety of good plans, BSNL is also a good choice but not better than Airtel.

I personally like BSNL therefore will ask you to go for BSNL broadband, You wil get attractive speed upto 512kbps, and free downloading at night time, the best part is downloading speed is very fast.

Airtel is the best internet service provider right now in India. They have the best quality service. I have never seen such active service by any other ISP till date though his my my 4th ISP and i am planning to stick to it for a long time.

BSNL on the otheer hand is shitty with their customer care service which is something very important.

BSNL is government company and Airtel is private company and you know that what difference this basic thing can make. But still BSNL is good but if bothj compared then Airtel is the best and if you need a new connection then go with the Airtel.

Both are really good, one provide cheap services and other provide quality customer care services. Both are the leaders right now and i think that in future these two companies are going to rule the broadband market.

IMO, Airtel is better as compared to BSNL. BSNl does lack in customer support and this small thing can make a big difference at a time when you face a problem with their connection. Otherwise price wise BSNl is a better option to go with as they are cheap and Airtel is expensive.
