As majority of the people already know that Airtel is the best ISP in India and people are slowly moving to Airtel from other ISP's.


Do you think that Airtel will rule the ISP market in coming time?

I personally think that it will and no one will be able to stop it.

In my opinion Bsnl will remain the market leader for years and years and Airtel has still got a long way to go to become as big an isp as Bsnl given the fact that bsnl broadband is available almost everywhere in India including remotest of areas where as Airtel is restricted to just posh and planned areas in a few cities.
I am at NewDelhi and the area I live in is not bad either but we dont have Airtel available here.

Airtel does provide the customer care service which is something i'll like to go with. BSNL on the other hand does not that quick customer care service and more over if you call their customer care number you will see that BSNL executives are just like un-educated,.. i have called BSNL CC and this is the experience i had....

It will be hard to say this thing right now, but as far of their customer satisfication figues, i think they are at No. 1 in this field.
