Smile BSNL review

I have been using BSNL broadband for more then 2 years and I have to say that I am happy with the service . For 90% of the time there is no problem but when a problem starts then you can never say how long it will take to get fixed . This is that main set back when it comes to BSNL .
The modem that BSNL provides has not been giving me any problems . I have been using it for more then 2 years and it have been on for almost 24 hours . I would not advise any one to buy the modem from out side as it would would cost them too much .
As most people know that getting work done from govt people is not easy . With the broadband also it is the same case as you will find it tough to get some one to help you if some thing was to go wrong with the installation . If you get the installation done with out any problem then you have got nothing to worry about .
As far as the packages , if you are a heavy user you should go for the 900 plan which in unlimited . The rest of the cheap plans are of no use as the amount of mb that you get is too less and will get a huge bill .
Don't try and watch videos or any thing else with the limited plans as my friend got a bill of 50,000 in which that month he downloaded lots of movies .
The download speed in not the best but you can live with the speed .
Watching you tube will not be very fun as it take time to load .

Thanks for the review. Keep up the good work.

What I would like to know is why you say to not buy the modem from outside. In my opinion much better performance and better features can be had by buying a modem from outside which would hardly cost anything extra.
