BSNL to start throttling torrents!
I have recently heard that bsnl is going to start throttling torrents and other p2p because more than 90% of their bandwidth is used up them. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
If true, this will a step in the negative direction by one of the biggest ISP's in the country.
