Default Mail sites not opening with BSNL

We are using BSNL Broadband. We are able to open all sites but the mail sites
yahoo mail, rediffmail etc are not opening. This is happenign from last 4 days. It happened earlier and gt set right.. though we did not know the reason.

Is this an issue with Broadband or with the browser. We have restored the Browser settings. We have cleared cache and cookies still it did not help.

Need help on this.

Regards,
Usha

Try the DNS settings given at Increase Speed of BSNL Broadband connection

Hope this works for you. Either way please do report back what ever the result be.

Default The same is happening to me too

I have shifted from an airtel broadband connection to bsnl broadband connection. Its been a week now since it has started working.

The download speed is definately faster than airtel but sites are not opening which never happened with airtel.

For the first few days every site was opening but now for the past 3 days i cannot open "yahoomail" and "rediffmail". Gmail is still accessible.

I have tried changing all the DNS configuration (Open DNS and the one with Dataone manual - attached) at my end but in vein. Also the connection disconnects itself after every few mins and i have to dial it again.

Can anyone help me with the "SITE ISSUE" and can tell me if there is an option of "always on" with BSNL as it is with Airtel.

Thanks
Aman

Clear your cache or try clicking refresh while keeping the shift key pressed.

Do let me know if this worked.

Thanks
