Definatly YES. Currently BSNL doesnt do line binding to the usernames, so a person with some person's username could use his account and the usage would directly show up in other person's account not his own. I have used this flaw since long and was fairly exploiting BSNL resources, when I got sick of its LINK issues.

In the PPPOE connection. just enter another person's userID and password and it will work. Since BSNL has single central server at Bangalore so All its accounts nationwide can use each others accounts. Plus Maybe in some areas it has started Line Binding.

actually it is not legal to use others dataone account .

however if you have a written consent from the account
holder then you may use others account with permission !
you may contact AOTR at your BSNL exchange for this .

If you talk about legalities then Its also boundation for BSNL to give us uninterupted internet all the time and attend to complaints in case they arrise. But do they do it ??

It is possible to use as the thread is going on. And you can use a business account if the port is not binded... Now a days BSNL is binding Business ports first.

You can use almost all plans except UL900 because they are all in a different server.
