A Great Problem !!

Exclamation A Great Problem !!

Guys, I am in a very frusty state.And the problem is that I can't login into the dataone site to check my account usage and change my password.

And the reason why it has made me so frusty is that I am trying to login from the last 1 month, but all in vain.I have seen all the threads regarding this and tried all like using firefox extension Datafox, accessing via numeric IP addresses,enabling cookies and Javascript and all other stuff. Just a few days I have seen a new link on the BSNL Portal for Broadband Users.I have also tried that , but after entering the login details..a blank page opens with the following title "http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/UserAuthenticationController" and nothing happens.

And to my surprise when I login into the mail by following link at BSNL Portal it works !!

I know that it is somewhat repetative thread but I can't find my solution in any of them.
Please HELP me ....


I am also giving other details that may help u in sorting out the problem

Browser : IE7 & Mozilla Firefox 2
OS : Windows XP SP2
Location : Hamirpur(H.P.)

And I am using the same userID 7 password to login with which I connect.

And one more thing if u can tell me the exact location(link) where to login exactly for checking usage & resetting password, it would be most welcomed.

I'm also facing the Same Problem............ Are BSNL people doing this perposefuly so that users can not know how mush bandwidth they have used............. Do we have to use PORTAL ID (14 digits) or user ID in DATAFOX .

Even I went through this problem a few months back, I reported the issue to the customer support but has not recieved any of the reply till date, I am still looking for the best way out for this problem

You should content BSNL and file a complaint with them. I am sure they will look into this and will find a way out for you.

No yaar...
I'v been trying this site for long...It dsnt wrk at all.

Ihv one problem....

I'v taken Brdbnd cnnctn last month only... And I'm not able to Access my account usage detail for a long time..
Please help me..

My system specifications are...

OS-XP (SP2)

Brouser- Mozilla 3.0
I'v donlded Data FOX..But all in vain..No loging in by it...

Its really hectic

I think it will be nice to call the customer care and tell then the problem you are facing or just file an complant with the local BSNL office and say them to rectify your problem as soon as possible or you would not pay the bill as you dont know your usage.
