Default Will privatisation of BSNL improve its working?

BSNL though, is the biggest telecom networking system, providing internet service at a large extent, but they are not able to do justice to their customers.
If it is privatized will the working of this sector improve?

Default some staff are sleeping

yes,privatisation may work and repair the characters of the staff before they coming out and repair the system, I have seen some people permanently sleeping.
