If these ISPs get away with ads, will this bring down the rates?
This is a mad ad world where everyone wants to score over the other. As a result a lot of money is wasted on advertisements. Maybe if these ISPs cut down on the money that they spent on ads, the customers can enjoy their services at a much lower price. This if done will be welcome to masses.
