Hello Guys ,
I am using BSNL home 250 plan ,
Recently My bill shot up like anything When i checked my usage was three times the break up limit ie around 3.8 GB

+) In the next month i kept a wacth on my usage
+) and to my surprise I see that even if i donot use the internet the usage never comes to an end .
+) Everyday i see some usage logs on ( data.bsnl.in)
I have changed my pasword , but still everyday there is some usage even if my modem is switched off .

Can Anybody help that where should I complain about this problem and How do i get refund of the previous usage that indeed I never used .
