Hi,
I got a new Boradband connection this month.In the application form i selected Combo 500 plan. I got the connection and i was working normally.I didnt check usage till last night since i was not aware of the exact procedure.Now when i check the usage it is showing my plan as 250 home. which means all that i downloaded about 3 gb is chargable. What should i do. The mistake is not from my side.I did all the downloading stuffs in the free time 2 to 8 AM. What am i supposed to do.. Can we change the details. Ashok. |

Do you have an aknowledgement of the form you submitted which has info about the plan you applied for? If you do then go and show it to the billing guys in your local exchange.
If you dont have it even then its not a big deal just lodge a complaint and if they say you applied for the plan you have got then ask them to produce the orignal application whcih would have the correct info. I am sure a manager would sort out your problem. |
