My friend in Noida is using Home 500 Plan however the microsoft site does not open on his pc. Rest all of the sites are opening fine. When he connect using TATA Indicom card the microsoft site opens so hence the site is not blocked in the browser. Please help Anyone?

That is really a strange problem.. Did you to disable your pop-up blocker... Cause sometimes this is appear and saying that the is block cause of pop-up blocker they ask u to disable for u to be able to view the site.

Well, this is a problem with your system. Try re-installing your windows after complete formatting and after this i think you shouldbe able to access every site.

There are always some sites which you cannot access from a BSNL connection. This is a well know problem, but still i think you should try clearing your cookies and then after some time then try accessing the site. Then i think you should be able to access the site.

This happens due to low band width. Tell him to clear all his cookies and histories. Tell him to reset his broadband. It will work. This is common in many other yahoo! sites also. It is common.

If problem persists. Just give a call to BSNL. They'll come and clear your bandwidth for FREE.

i face this problem last 2month before i try to first to diasbeld firewall on dsl modem & enter dns to lan ip like 61.1.96.69.....then my problem is resolve
