Time required to get ID and Password
[FONT="Trebuchet MS"]I have applied for Boradband services one week Back. I have got Modem from BSNL and waiting for User Id and Password. [COLOR="Red"]Could you please tell me how much time they need to provide the Password?[/COLOR]
 [COLOR="RoyalBlue"] Is there any alternative option to get the UserID and Password? [/COLOR] [COLOR="Sienna"]I have appailed for 750 unlimited plan. Are providing 256 KBPS only or UP to 2MBPS?  [/FONT][/COLOR]

Well, the time they set up the modem they give you the user name and password. I think either the person who installed modem forgot the give it or you have misspalced it. You can file a complaint with BSNL and they will send someone to give you your details.
