I just browsed BSNL website and i saw that it did not had that much good design and more over navigation was also not that much good and easy.

Information provided was good but i think that presentation could had been a little better if they were designed rightly.

What are your opinion about their website?

yes u are right. the site is not attractive, they have good tariff offers but the presentation is not up to the mark..

BSNl have a typical government like website. Old style but yet informative website.

I think they should get a new website design for their website as the present one looks very old.

They really need a new website, or they need to completly do a redesigning everything on the website to make it up to mark.

They should make a seprate section for everything and every little info should be added regarding it in that section.

Yeah.. BSNL is an Indian government organization and we have to appreciate them for doing this much of hard-work without having a good faculty.

U know a fact?
BSNL did not set up all the servers and machines by themselves. They had it done by outsiders. People are just taking care now.
