Default Customer Care - Privitization

I think that it would had been much better if BSNl would have privatized its Customer Care Department. I personally think that if they do this thing then they can see a great difference in service review which mainly point to bad Customer care from BSNL right now.

What do you say about this step?

for we like customers no service provider customer care is up to the mark.

Yes, this would be a great idea. If they do this i am sure that their company customer care reviews would increase many folds. I think this is the best way to improve their customer care reputation.

Airtel is good.

As of the BSNl Customer care privatization, i think it will be good. BSNL can work out something with the company willing to take BSNL CC department. They can make Pay per performance type.

Privatization is really a good thing. IMO

if bsnl plans to privatise CC department then its employees will start strike saying not to privatise..
