Time to solve a problem?
This is to all people who use BSNL connection and have faced a problem with their connection.
I just wanted you to post here that how much time did it took from BSNL point to look into your problem and in how much time was it solved.

i have never faced any hardware or connectivity problem from my side. but faced connectivity and speed problem at server end, which will be solved by them immediately. only once in last 1.5 years faced a connectivity problem which took around 4-5 hours to rectify at their end..

My brother uses BSNL broadband at his home and I have never ever seen him complaining anything about his broadband connection. He also faced a little connection problem but it was rectified within 20-25 minutes after calling BSNL.

It depends upon your area.
If your area is busy and rich, it will take more than a month. If it is a remote area where 5-6 houses may use internet, they come within 10 minutes.
