When I go to bbservice.bsnl.in for broadband usage detail I cant select option Account Number. So after some time it displays error message. Last month I was able to find out my usage detail but from last few days bsnl has changed its website so it give problem and I cant get my usage detail. How can I get my account detail?

I am a user of BSNL broadband and I did not get any problem as you discuss above and I am quite satisfied with this service

ya its good and u take a 250Rs. plan ull get a net speed of about 2Mbps

Problem has solved. Due to Firewall there was problem. I am now able to check my usage.
