Unhappy Plan Got changed earlier UL750 to 500

hello everyone...
i was using HOME UL 750 plan .On 22 November i applied to change my plan to Home 500. They told me that HOME 500 Plan will be active from 1st DEcember.

I run torrents all day.
but on 29 November at 8:05 PM my plan suddenly changed to Home 500.Unaware of it my torrents download kept on running.
on 30 sept morning 8:00 AM i realised that usage was showing 1.6 GB excluding night time.

and in my user info it also shows plan changed earlier i.e before 1st dec.

i want to ask that i have used 1.6GB in Home plan 500 ..so will i be left with only 800MB usage in DEcember.Or will i get 2.5GB fresh in december.
what should i do..pls assist guys.

Call 1500 or 12678 (both are toll free from bsnl landline) and ask.

Thumbs up

Hello Killerz,
I have also asked for plan UL500, but they told me that it will be for three months period. Have you changed your plan to UL500 or Home 500? If it's Home 500, then the download limit will be calculated from 1st Dec. If it's UL500, then you will not have to bother. Actually UL750 has been reduced to UL500 for three months period.

And for Mandrin21, we get high speed in BSNL Broadband. How much speed you are getting in your connection?
