Excessive usage charges
I wish to inform you that I received an amount of the bill for BROADBAND Usage i.e Rs.2991/- and usage for March09 is SEND VOLUME-0.219GB RECEIVED VOLUME-3.755GB TOTAL 3.974GB.
Now I again reuest you as under:
Till date i.e. since starting of my Broadband Connection I had crossed ONE GB only ONCE. My last THREE months usage has not crossed 0.70GB.
There is no drastic change in my family circumstances which will lead to excessive usage of BROADBAND facility.
First of all I came to know of EXCESSIVE USAGE CHARGES ON 23/03/09.I immediately gave a written application to TRA SECTION at ANAND and also sent an email letter at [email]pg_nadiad@bsnl.co.in[/email].I received a similler reply from both TRA SECTION ANAND and also from NADIAD(PHONE NO-0268-2558350 that inquiry can be done only after generation of bill.
This reply is a case of old type of Bureaucracy and Red Tappism.
When every information is available online why clear case of EXCESSIVE USAGE cannot be inquired without any further dealy?
