Default routers given by BSNL

I heard that BSNL is facing acute problem in supplying routers to its new users. There has been some mis quotation in their tender and they are unable to adequatly supply the users with routers. Has anyone been turned down due to non availability of router?

Yeah In my area, BSNL is down for many things.
1. Customer Support
2. No Signals for days together
3. NO new connections since last Feb

So you can buy your own modem for that.

If there is no connection for days together then for what are you going to buy the new modem?

Actually the problem is, BSNL used to supply modems from Huawei till now, but there is some problem with their deal and now they are providing Modems from UTStarcom, these ones are not good.

So the performance is decreasing.
