My problem is that I am on BSNL ISDN connection now (as I got BSNL's ADSL dissconnected as it was utterlly unstable) which changes my IP each hour ??

BUT my registrar wants my IPs to be constant to register NameServers for my domain??

Can any body help me please ???

if it's case of just buying a domain then just login one time and do the changes.
but if you are looking for web hosting then it's not possible

I think that you want a static IP. Try asking for BSNL folks if they provide you with static IP for any extra cost? That would serve the purpose.

BSNL does not provide Static IPs to Home users and not to all plans of business users. But anyways you can see by requesting. Or try from a different place, like a Hathway or Sify based Cyber Cafe
