Default What do you suggest BSNL for better service

Let's create a place where we can suggest BSNL (or it's just your wish) for better customer service. BSNL broadband base good and expanding, but due to it's poor service it's loosing all the market. Here is my suggestion.

- Please hire some technicians for solving people's queries. Sometime these call center people give you rubbish answers. [/B]

As you said, its not the paperwork that is taking time, it is the unavailability of ports... In my area the ports are getting increased though the no of connections are moderate.

Anyways the first idea was good,

There are lots of ways that BSNL can provide us better service but they are a govt body and it will take a long time for them to improve .

They are more focused with govt goals. i.e providing internet at cheaper rates and providing internet to people who cannot get access to it easily.
They are not really concerned with bad service if the primary goals are not met, and witha country the size of India, that will take a real long time.

customer support and technical support r lacking
you complain in their office and you will get the service after 10 or 15 days thats the main problem with them

A better website. The BSNL website is ridiculous. Looks like it was made by a 12 year old, with the graphics done in MS paint.

I will feel very good if suggestions given here will be taken care of by bsnl people.First of the whole staff from top to bottom needs to be brainwashed, they need to be tought how to deal with the customer. The required paper work should be monitered by the senior officials. There should be sometime limit given to finish the assigned job, these are some of suggestions needed by bsnl.
