Why should they do away with dial-up, it is the only means of net for quite a lot of people. And not just in india, lots of people in europe, US, australia etc rely on dial-up for access to internet.

I think if all the Broadband provider in India are really good in speed & fast connection...

I think that soon we will see dial-up connection getting perished and this is because all broadband service providers are rapidly moving and providing thei services in every part of India and because of this i think dial-up will no longer be used.

I don't think that anyone still use dial-up connections. Broadband is available at majority of the big places and i think many people have opted for it.....

It will take sometime before broadband connection are available everywhere and that also in every one reach. One these two things are done then i am sure that dial-up connection will be extint.
