Default dialup is it still alive?

Thats not completely true. For many people in India Dial Up is the only way to connect to the internet. Because it is easy to install and its cost depends upon the usage. The only Disadvantage is its slow SPEED.

Dial-up is still the most used form for net connection here!
I use dial-up when my braodband connection gives me problem, or the adsl line is not static!

Yah! That's true same here cause dial-up will not you cause any problem unlike the broadband that's always server down and so on and so fort.. They Broadband gives a headache sometimes althogh the speed is more fast than dial-up... But dial-up will not give to much headache...

Well, i still rememebr dial-up cause i have spent huge amount of money paying phone bills because of them. Since the day broadband connection have come up and have gained popularity i think that dial-up have became a thing of the past and soon gonna be a history.

I dont think that any one still uses dial-up connection from some big city. Majority or shall i say that all of the people have shifted to broadband connection because of its sped and stability.

I am sure that in near future these dial-up connection are going to extinct. A lot of IT companies in broadband field are doing their best to readch every possible part of india and once they do it i am sure that no one would use dial-up connection.
