i am an old user of hathway and have changed many plans of it.I am currently having 100 kbps unlimited for RS.1124/3 months.I have had various complains about net stopped working for no reason.I doubt what sometimes they do from their side.Sometimes when my there is no data transfer taking place(net not working),i call them up and they say they have written a complain and will send the engineer.But after 2-3 hours net starts working fine as if its gets from sleep and starts walking.Not kidding guyies.I am serious.Do they do any thing from their side as i am an unlimited plan user?

what can they do from their so i am unable to acess net and when i call them it starts working again.Anything technically they do?Does anyone know about this topic?

It seem that they are only updating their system maybe...
