AFTER TAKING HATHWAY BROADBAND CONNECTION,WITH IN FORTNIGHT WE R FACING PROBLEMS . ON EVERY ALTERNATE DAY MY CONNECTION GOES DOWN WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS ASSIGNED TO SOME ENGINEER N THAT WILL B RECTIFIED[B] IN MORE THAN 36 HRS[/B].ITS VERY VERY [B][COLOR="Red"]PATHETIC[/COLOR][/B] TO B HAVING SUCH A CONNECTION. N WE HAVE TO CALL THEM[B] 2-3 TIMES IN A DAY[/B] BUT NO RESPONSE.

That's not good... Try to them again and again to report that problem...

Did they not send the engineers? or is the problem recurrent?

Try writing to them! maybe they might reply. Im tired of Sify too, same problem!
