why the network keeps receiving data even if internet is not connected?
HI,
i have a broadband connection and have installed a data usage meter to check the data usage. even when i have logged out of internet, the meter shows some data being downloaded continuously although in kBs. no data is shown to be uploaded. what kind of data is this? will it add to my broadband bill? though it is in kBs if my pc is on for hours it can sum upto many mBs...
