Can anyone help me out???
I’m facing a connectivity issue for the last few months from Sify. Whenever I call the customer service they just take a complaint and don’t do anything about it. Am totally fed up of always calling and following up. Thinking of getting another internet connection. Do let me know which one is better?

Totally agreed with both of you. Using Sify as well and Im very disappointed with the service. I have forwarded my complaints to everyone in the company, but none of them are interested in reverting back!
