BSNL claims to provide its users with dynamic ips .. so this means that the ip changes dynamically every time the user connects right ? does this mean that.. if in case he does some mischief or illegal stuff online you cant track him back since his ip has changed... so is it a boon ?

i use my dynamic ip for downloading from rapidshare !! just switch off your modem and switch back on... and you can download the next file !!

I had been using Warez and thu rapidshare for quite a long using this technique. I simply cleared cookies and history of firefox and resseted the modem. Next time with new IP i downlaoded the another file.

Yeah it's true. But from my experience, I found that you will have to wait a minute or two before restarting your modem. BSNL dynamic IP system is really helpful when you go for rapidshare download or when you are banned for some website.

Dynamic IP is not a boon, many services require you to have a static IP, plus BSNL will also have a record of the IP's you have been assigned.

yah they provide you a dynamic ip but this doesn't mean that htey can not track you on internet every thing is recorded
