If your internet connection is shared basis like you telecom then your speed is definitley increases when your computer speed increases.
But for other DSL connection it just doesn't matter. you should posses some min configuration

Unless your connection speed is that fast that your computer speed is becoming the bottleneck, there won't be any benifits obtained by adding more RAM. Having said that, having more RAM would never hurt as it would help you multitask easily.

He is absolutely right. The ottleneck is not your machine which operates @ ~3GBps, but your ISP. Although if you are in habit of opening multiple things like messengers, downloads and webpages then RAm does help.

Depends on the speed provided by your ISP. If you have a dial up connection or some thing like that, it won't help in any way. But if you have a high speed broadband connection, it may help you.

I am in the unique position of actually having experience with this.
My company had just bought a 2 gbps connection sometime back. This was when P4's were newly launched. My PC at that time was a PIII 800 MHz with 64 MB ram and a 5400 rpm HDD.
Anytime my download speed crossed approx 750 KBps , my pc would hang until the download either slowed down (rarely happened, the servers being used were really fast) or until the download was over. Increasing the ram to 128 MB allowed me to keep working uptill speeds of around 2500 KBps, which I almost never reached, so there was a drastic difference in usability of my computer.

I think I got off the point a little, other than extreme cases where the network hardware is real bad or there are i/p problems with the pc, ram makes no appreciable difference to the browsing speed.

No modern pc will have show any difference in browsing speed with more ram installed.

theirs no relation with ram and internet speed although you slow pc are not able handle the incoming speed properly that why they keep on hanging and we feel owr speed is slow

but increaing too much of system configuration doesnot effect the internet speed at all

Increasing the RAM of the computer does not increase the browsing speed
but it does help us to work on a number of windows simultaneously.
But for this, to work properly you need to have a RAM with a speed more than that of the speed of your internet connection.

Not really! if you want to speed up your computer then only RAM would be helpful, but browsing speed can not be increased by adding more RAM, however if you open more than two internet applications at a time then it might be helpful!
