I have never changed my broadband service. I am satisfied with the services of MTNL tri-band and there are not much options available other than MTNL. I also find their plans more suitable to my needs. But yes, some people tend to change their broadband services as they are not satisfied with mostly poor services that they get.

Before using MTNL I was using local cable internet connection, the ADSL connection I got from MTNL is 1000 times better than that. My sugestion is to either get a connection from BSNL/MTNL or Airtel and you won't feel the need to change connections.

I dont even think I can count the number oof providers I have had. Let me see, first I had icenet, a local player, then BSNL, then I got my companies connection (dont know the name), I also have r-connect (almost broadband speeds) and also airtel mobile office (equal to broadband speeds in edge areas.) I am not even couting the huge number of dial-up providers I had.

There were the times when one had to compromise with the limited offers given, like dial up connection and not up to the mark broadband services. After trying all these services we have settled with connect broadband.

I had been using Airtel for a long time and i dont think that i would like to change at any cost. They provide the best service which is something i realy look for. They may be a little bit expensive as compared to other service providers but still they are good.
